Wedding Day Details

While we don’t have all the details ironed out, the general wedding day itinerary is below. Keep checking back for updates:

Please note: Most of our confirmed guests are arriving on May 4th and flying out on May 11th.  Activities will begin on Sunday, May 5th and run through until Friday May 10th. An activity calendar will be posted in February.

Tips for the wedding day:

Attire: Light, summery, semi-formal

Colors: Bright! We want lots of color at our wedding

Shoes: You will need two pairs- flip flops (or bare feet) and dance shoes. Hint: You might find yourself spending a considerable amount of time on sand!

Venue: Not disclosed.  Hint: Beachy

How to arrive: Shuttle will be provided

Wedding Itinerary:

4:00pm:            Guests arrive via shuttle

4:30pm:            Beach ceremony

5:00-7:00pm:  Cocktail hour and sunset pictures

Evening Program:

7:00pm:           Bride and Groom introductions

7:30-9:00pm:  Dinner and speeches**

9:00pm:           Dance begins

11:30pm:          Late night snack

1:00am:            Goodbyes and stumbling home:0)

**Speeches: We invite any guest who would like to make a speech to do so! Just make sure you keep them at five minutes or shorter and make at least 2 jokes! If no one gives a speech, then you will have to listen to Dean talk about plants and gardening for 30 mins. No one wants that:)
