There are 2 Booking Options:

  1. You can book your hotel directly through our wedding coordinator (at a discounted rate) either online or over the phone.  This is for the hotel only and prices are in USD.
  2. You can book a full flight and hotel package through a regular trip site such as Expedia or Flight Centre.  They often have deals that pop up.

With either method, we would recommend booking sooner to make sure you get the room you want.  Most options offer a full refund for cancellations.  Be sure to review the refund policy before booking.

 

Option 1: Hotel Only Discount

  • Reservations are fully refundable up until 7 nights prior to arrival, once inside 7 nights there is one-night penalty to cancel a room.

  • These rates are all inclusive and include all meals, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as all taxes and service charges.

  • These rates are all inclusive and include all meals, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as all taxes and service charges.
  • All cancellations made outside of THIRTY (30) days of travel will be issued a refund of deposit amount less a $100 (USD) cancellation/transaction fee – no exceptions.
  • A $25 (USD) Change fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each occurrence of the following: Travel date or rate change, Total length of stay change, Name change, Addition/deletion of guest(s) in room, Credit card change.
  • Reservations cancelled inside 30 days of travel will forfeit deposit of monies.
